JU is competitive and constantly growing and our goal is to bring our recruitments to the next level by building up a recruitment function.

Together with a HR-specialist you will build up the recruitment function within the HR department and develop our working processes in relation to our companies.

You will support managers in the recruitment process, give administrative support in the processes external expert review, occupational injuries and accidents and relocation. You will maintain and develop templates, forms and information on the intrantet.

  • Have an HR administrative education (post-graduate) or experience deemed by the employer to be equivalent.
  • Have 3-5 years of experience of working with HR-administration within recruitments etc.
  • Have good knowledge and skills in Ms Office
  • Have good knowledge in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)

Experience of the recruitment system Varbi, experience of managing intranet pages and experience in developing and maintaining administrative procedures are meritorious.
